A water disaster is quietly unfolding in Gaza as the aquifer that its 2 million residents depend on for clean drinking water has become contaminated and nearly depleted. By some estimates, only 10 percent of the people of Gaza have access to clean drinking water. International aid groups have funded a couple of large seawater desalinization plants, but their use is limited by power shortages. Help build water purification systems for schools so children have access to clean drinking water.
